🔸Está demostrado que el cacao es un cultivo rentable, que le permite a la gente vivir en condiciones dignas con una pequeña unidad de producción.
#MICHOACÁN | Ante los problemas que enfrentan las plantaciones en entidades que destacan en la producción de cacao, como Chiapas y Tabasco, en Michoacán se han encontrado las condiciones de clima idóneo, pero, sobre todo, la disposición de las y los productores para adoptarlo.
En un comunicado se informó que de acuerdo con la Secretaría de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural (Sader), las condiciones propicias que autoridades como el Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Forestales, Agrícolas y Pecuarias (INIFAP) han detectado para ese cultivo, están en los municipios de Nuevo Urecho, Lázaro Cárdenas, Ziracuaretiro, Taretan y Churumuco.
En esos municipios, entre 2023 y lo que va de este año, se han entregado alrededor de 30 mil plantas de seis variedades de cacao que se encuentran en fase de validación de la adaptación del material. A más tardar en octubre de este año, serán entregadas 10 mil más.
