Reconoció la disposición del personal para participar en las actividades de capacitación, especialmente, por multiplicar la información entre sus compañeros de trabajo y, con ello, mejorar la atención a la ciudadanía.

También, agradeció la participación de Hugo José Regalado Jacobo, licenciado en Sociología, maestro en Relaciones Internacionales y doctor en Estudios del Desarrollo Global por la Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, por compartir sus conocimientos con la plantilla laboral del Gobierno Municipal.
