🔸 Juró como presidente de Venezuela en una ceremonia llevada a cabo en la Asamblea Nacional
#INTERNACIONAL | El presidente de Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, juró al cargo de presidente para el periodo 2025-2031, pese a las reiteradas denuncias de la oposición de que su candidato, Edmundo González Urrutia, fue el ganador de los comicios de julio.
Maduro llegó a la Asamblea Nacional, en Caracas, acompañado de la primera dama, Cilia Flores, la vicepresidenta ejecutiva, Delcy Rodríguez, así como al presidente de la AN, el chavista Jorge Rodríguez.
Al ingreso al Parlamento, cadetes de la Academia Militar rindieron homenaje a Maduro y sus acompañantes.
La ceremonia estuvo marcada por la ausencia de la mayoría de los presidentes sudamericanos, si bien tuvo entre sus invitados al mandatario de Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, así como a la canciller de Bolivia, Celinda Sosa.
El líder chavista fue proclamado como el ganador de las elecciones presidenciales del 28 de julio por el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE), sin que hasta la fecha haya publicado los resultados desagregados, como fue establecido en su propio cronograma.
Entretanto, la oposición mayoritaria de Venezuela, agrupada en la Plataforma Unitaria Democrática (PUD), ha insistido en que González Urrutia fue el ganador de los comicios.
El antichavismo asegura que ha reunido el “85 por ciento de las actas electorales” como evidencia del triunfo de González Urrutia, que fueron publicadas en una página web para su consulta, a través de testigos y miembros de mesa la noche de las elecciones, que atestiguan el triunfo de González Urrutia, unos documentos que el Gobierno califica de “falsos”.
El exembajador, quien recientemente hizo una gira por varios países de América, ha reiterado también que jurará como presidente, mientras que el ministro de Defensa, Vladimir Padrino López, ha declarado en diversas ocasiones su lealtad y la de la Fuerza Armada a Maduro.
