#NACIONAL | A sus 35 años de vida, Xin Xin, la única panda gigante de México y América Latina, se ha convertido en un símbolo entrañable de conservación y orgullo para el país. Para celebrar su aniversario, el Zoológico de Chapultepec, junto con la Secretaría del Medio Ambiente (Sedema), ha organizado una serie de actividades que buscan rendir homenaje a su historia y legado, destacando una exposición colectiva de dibujos abierta a todo el público.
La convocatoria está abierta desde el 6 de mayo hasta el 20 de junio de 2025. Los interesados deberán entregar una copia a color de su dibujo, de forma presencial, en el Centro de Conservación de la Vida Silvestre de Chapultepec. Las obras deben retratar a Xin Xin en distintas etapas de su vida o celebrando su cumpleaños .

Categorías y premiación
Se contemplan tres categorías de participación:

Niñas y niños de 5 a 11 años

Adolescentes de 12 a 17 años

Personas de 18 años en adelante

Los dibujos seleccionados se exhibirán en el Museo Interactivo del Centro de Conservación de la Vida Silvestre de Chapultepec, conocido como la “Antigua Estación de Trenecito”. La ceremonia de premiación será el 29 de junio de 2025, a las 11:00 horas en el mismo lugar.
