Cruz Martínez faltó a audiencia con Alicia Villarreal por hospitalización, informan abogados

🔸 La ausencia de Cruz Martínez en una audiencia judicial generó tensión y acusaciones, mientras su equipo legal respondió con un comunicado que busca aclarar la situación.

#ESPECTÁCULOS | Una nueva controversia marcó el proceso legal entre Cruz Martínez y Alicia Villarreal, luego de que el pasado jueves 03 de julio ninguno de los involucrados se presentara a la audiencia programada a las 10:00 de la mañana en el Palacio de Justicia de Nuevo León.

La ausencia del músico, así como la limitada información proporcionada por su abogado, Leopoldo Ángeles González, provocaron una fuerte reacción por parte del equipo legal de Villarreal, quienes calificaron al líder de los Kumbia Kings como “prófugo de la justicia”.

Posteriormente a lo sucedido, los representantes de Cruz Martínez respondieron mediante un comunicado difundido en redes sociales.

En el documento se detalló que el músico fue hospitalizado de emergencia durante las primeras horas del jueves, lo que imposibilitó su asistencia a la diligencia judicial.

“Queremos aclarar que el Sr. Cruz Martínez no se está resistiendo a ningún proceso legal, si no asistió a la audiencia de esta semana, fue por razones de causa mayor. En las primeras horas del día, El Sr. Martínez sufrió una grave emergencia médica y fue internado en un hospital”, menciona el mensaje.

En el texto también se subraya que no existe intención alguna de evadir el proceso legal y que el compromiso del artista con las autoridades es total.

“El Sr. Martínez está completamente dispuesto a comparecer ante cualquiera autoridad para colaborar con la justicia de manera plena y transparente, como lo ha hecho hasta ahora. Reiteramos, su inasistencia no fue por falta de voluntad, si no causas estrictamente médicas que se lo impidieron”, agrega el escrito.

Por último, Cruz Martínez aprovechó el espacio para agradecer el respaldo del público y reiterar su respeto hacia las mujeres, en medio de un proceso que sigue generando atención tanto mediática como jurídica.

“Agradezco sinceramente a todas las personas que han estado pendiente de mi situación y que han mostrado respeto tanto por mis sentimientos como por los de mis hijos, confío plenamente en la justicia y quiero que sepan que siempre he mostrado y mostraré respeto hacia las mujeres”, indica el integrante de los Kumbia Kings.
