#NACIONAL | La influencer Marianne, de 17 años, quien tuvo sentencia condenatoria por haber causado lesiones a la modelo Valentina Gilabert, de 18 años, tras un acuerdo entre ambas partes, salió de prisión y estará bajo la figura llamada libertad asistida.
Así lo confirmó esta noche la Fiscalía General de Justicia de la Ciudad de México (FGJ-CDMX) mediante una tarjeta informativa.
La fiscalía capitalina explicó que la adolescente Marianne tuvo una sentencia condenatoria al ser declarada, por un juez, responsable del delito de lesiones calificadas en agravio de una joven de 18 años, en hechos ocurridos en febrero de este año en un domicilio ubicado en la alcaldía Álvaro Obregón.
“La Fiscalía de Justicia Penal para Adolescentes integró la carpeta de investigación tras recibir la denuncia, reunió los datos de prueba y obtuvo la orden de aprehensión que fue ejecutada por elementos de la policía capitalina”, expuso.
Entonces, durante la audiencia inicial, se impuso la medida cautelar de internamiento justificado para la adolescente imputada.
Ahora, en la audiencia celebrada el 23 de julio, la autoridad judicial emitió sentencia condenatoria mediante procedimiento abreviado, con el acuerdo de la víctima y su representación legal.
“Se impuso como sanción principal el internamiento en un centro especializado para adolescentes, con la opción de cumplirla en libertad asistida”, detalló.
La FGJ-CDMX explicó que esta medida estará sujeta a un programa individualizado de ejecución, supervisado por un juez especializado en justicia para adolescentes, y podrá ser revocada si no se cumple conforme a lo establecido.
Asimismo, se ordenó el pago de la reparación del daño, con base en los elementos presentados durante la audiencia.
