🔸 Autoridades iniciarán una investigación para determinar las causas del incidente en la mina de arrastre de Sabinas, mientras refuerzan medidas de seguridad para prevenir futuros accidentes.
#SABINAS || Tras más de tres horas de labores, autoridades y cuerpos de emergencia lograron el rescate de ocho mineros atrapados en Sabinas, Coahuila, luego de un desperfecto en una mina de arrastre ubicada en el ejido Mezquite, en la región Carbonífera del estado.
De acuerdo con los reportes, trabajadores descendían a 100 metros de profundidad en el complejo DRUMAC cuando una falla técnica en el sistema de arrastre impidió el ascenso. Cinco lograron salir por sus propios medios, mientras que ocho quedaron retenidos en el interior.

Autoridades confirman estado de salud
Durante el rescate, los trabajadores informaron a los equipos de emergencia que se encontraban en buen estado de salud. Una vez extraídos, fueron trasladados a la clínica 24 del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), todos conscientes y sin lesiones.
Carlos Brito, director general de Concertación Social de la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STyPS), confirmó que los mineros fueron atendidos de inmediato por personal médico.
Investigación sobre la mina de arrastre
El coordinador de la STyPS en la zona Norte 2, Julio César Sánchez Morales, explicó que se iniciará una investigación para determinar las causas del incidente. De manera preliminar, señaló que una malla pudo haberse desprendido de una de las paredes del tiro de salida, aunque aclaró que la versión aún no es definitiva.
“Se va a hacer la investigación correspondiente, la inspección federal del trabajo va a verificar tanto el antecedente como lo que sigue. Vamos a aplicar toda la normativa”, señaló el funcionario.
