🔸 El valor del combustible decomisado tiene un valor estimado de 30 millones de pesos
#GUANAJUATO | Fuerzas federales y de Guanajuato aseguraron más de 1.6 millones de litros de combustible ilegal, también conocido como huachicol, en Silao.
Por medio de un comunicado en redes sociales, la Secretaría de Seguridad y Paz de la entidad informó de dicho decomiso, llevado a cabo en un predio ubicado sobre la carretera Silao–San Felipe.
En una acción conjunta y legalmente sustentada entre autoridades federales y estatales, se llevó a cabo el mayor aseguramiento de hidrocarburos registrado en un solo evento en la historia del estado de Guanajuato”, apuntó.
Se indicó que este decomiso de huachicol en Silao se originó a partir de denuncias ciudadanas y trabajos de inteligencia policial que permitieron identificar una red dedicada al almacenamiento y distribución irregular de combustibles.
Con base en los informes policiales presentados, el Ministerio Público Federal integró los indicios suficientes y solicitó a la autoridad judicial la emisión de una orden de cateo. Dicha orden fue ejecutada con estricto apego a la ley, respeto al debido proceso y observancia de los derechos humanos.
“Durante la diligencia, las autoridades aseguraron un millón 675 mil litros de hidrocarburos, cuyo valor estimado supera los 30 millones de pesos conforme a los precios de referencia actuales. El total se desglosa principalmente en 735 mil litros de diésel y 940 mil litros de combustóleo”, indicó la autoridad de Guanajuato.
El combustible se encontraba almacenado en nueve tanques verticales tipo cisterna (de entre 10 mil y un millón de litros), así como en una flota de vehículos que incluía cinco pipas, cuatro vehículos tipo full, tres tractocamiones y tres tanques de transporte.
Adicionalmente, se aseguró maquinaria y equipo que incluyó diez bombas de trasvase, diez despachadores con contador de litros y mangueras industriales de alta presión.
El inmueble, los combustibles, los vehículos y los demás indicios localizados fueron asegurados y sellados conforme a los protocolos judiciales, quedando bajo resguardo del Ministerio Público Federal para la continuidad de las investigaciones ministeriales y periciales correspondientes.
Las autoridades informaron que las investigaciones continuarán para determinar las posibles redes logísticas, financieras y operativas involucradas en el acopio y comercialización de hidrocarburos de procedencia ilícita.
“Este operativo representa un golpe histórico a las economías criminales dedicadas a la sustracción y venta ilegal de hidrocarburos, y demuestra el fortalecimiento de las capacidades de investigación e inteligencia policial en Guanajuato”, enfatizó.
