🔸 El Gobierno de la CDMX anunció nuevas medidas de control, entre ellas fotomultas en accesos carreteros y una licencia especial para operadores de vehículos que transporten materiales peligrosos, tras confirmarse que la unidad siniestrada circulaba a exceso de velocidad.
#CDMX | Por la explosión de la pipa de gas LP en el Puente de la Concordia, en Iztapalapa, la Secretaría de Salud de la Ciudad de México (CDMX) actualizó el saldo: seis personas continúan hospitalizadas, 47 fueron dadas de alta y 31 perdieron la vida. Las autoridades mantienen el acompañamiento y apoyo a las familias afectadas.
Durante una conferencia de prensa, la fiscal general Bertha Alcalde confirmó que las investigaciones apuntan a que la unidad circulaba a exceso de velocidad al momento del accidente. “Tenemos establecido que el vehículo efectivamente iba a exceso de velocidad de acuerdo al carril por el cual circulaba”, precisó.
Ante la gravedad del hecho, el Gobierno capitalino anunció la instalación de radares de velocidad, conocidos como fotomultas, en cinco accesos carreteros a la CDMX:
Lo anterior, con el objetivo de vigilar y sancionar a los vehículos que transportan sustancias peligrosas y circulen fuera de norma.
La medida se suma a las reformas al Reglamento de Tránsito publicadas el pasado 10 de octubre, que establecen un límite máximo de velocidad de 30 kilómetros por hora para este tipo de unidades y prohíben su circulación en vías de acceso controlado.
El secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana de CDMX, Pablo Vázquez, informó que las sanciones por incumplimiento oscilarán entre 100 y 600 Unidades de Medida y Actualización (UMA), equivalentes a multas de entre 11 mil 350 y 68 mil pesos. Además, se creó una nueva clasificación de licencia, la E-13, para operadores de vehículos que transporten materiales tóxicos o peligrosos, con evaluaciones más estrictas para su emisión.
Con estas acciones, las autoridades buscan reforzar la seguridad vial y prevenir accidentes como el ocurrido en Iztapalapa, considerado uno de los más graves en la capital en los últimos años.
