#NACIONAL 🇲🇽 || #BUENOSDÍAS ☀️ || El frente frío número 12 continúa afectando gran parte del sureste del país, al mantenerse con características de estacionario sobre la Península de Yucatán. En interacción con una vaguada polar y la corriente en chorro subtropical, este sistema está generando lluvias fuertes, vientos intensos y descenso de temperatura en varias entidades, informó el Servicio Meteorológico Nacional (SMN).
Se prevén lluvias puntuales fuertes en Veracruz —principalmente en las regiones de Los Tuxtlas y Olmeca—, así como en el este y noreste de Oaxaca, el noroeste de Chiapas y el oeste de Tabasco. Además, se esperan intervalos de chubascos en Puebla, Campeche, Yucatán y Quintana Roo.
La masa de aire frío que impulsa al frente mantendrá ambiente frío a muy frío al amanecer, con posibilidad de heladas en zonas altas de la Mesa del Norte y Mesa Central. Asimismo, se registra un evento de “Norte” con rachas de 70 a 90 km/h en el Istmo y Golfo de Tehuantepec, acompañado de oleaje de hasta 3.5 metros de altura, y rachas de 50 a 70 km/h en las costas de Veracruz.
En tanto, las costas de Tabasco, Campeche y Yucatán también presentarán vientos de 35 a 50 km/h y oleaje elevado*de entre 1.5 y 2.5 metros, condiciones que tenderán a disminuir durante la noche.
Por otra parte, la entrada de humedad procedente del océano Pacífico y el golfo de México ocasionará chubascos dispersos en Jalisco, Colima, Michoacán, Guerrero y el centro de Veracruz, así como lluvias aisladas en San Luis Potosí, Querétaro e Hidalgo. En contraste, el noroeste y norte del país presentarán baja probabilidad de lluvia.
El SMN recomendó extremar precauciones por los vientos fuertes y el oleaje elevado en el litoral del Golfo de México y del Istmo de Tehuantepec, así como atender las indicaciones de Protección Civil ante posibles afectaciones por lluvia, viento o descenso de temperatura.
