🔸La movilización, que reunió a unas 20 mil personas, terminó en un enfrentamiento entre encapuchados y policías en Palacio Nacional, con más de 120 lesionados y el llamado de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum a investigar a un “grupo muy violento” señalado por provocar los disturbios.
En la audiencia realizada el martes 19 de noviembre de 2025, Daniel “N”, José Luis “N” y Enrique “N”, Said “N” y Carlos Miguel “N” fueron señalados por las autoridades capitalinas por el delito de lesiones .
El juez determino que los cinco seguirán su proceso en libertad, aunque tendrán como medida cautelar la firma periódica cada quince días.
otros cinco detenidos permanecerán en prisión preventiva, tras solicitar la duplicidad del término constitucional. Se trata de Sergio “N”, Brayan “N”, José Enrique “N”, Eduardo “N” y Brayan “N”. quienes el viernes 21 de noviembre sabrán si son vinculados o no a proceso.
Como datos de prueba fueron presentados las declaraciones de los policías, quienes habrían identificado a las personas que los agredieron y les robaron radios de comunicación durante la manifestación llevada a cabo el sábado 15 de noviembre.
La Marcha de la ‘Generación Z’ contó con cerca de 20 mil asistentes e inició de manera pacífica en el Ángel de la Independencia de la CDMX y terminó en un enfrentamiento entre policías y un grupo de encapuchados, identificado como el ‘bloque negro’, justo a las puertas de Palacio Nacional.
Encapuchados derribaron con martillos y piedras la vallas que resguardaban el Palacio Nacional, un acto al que los elementos de seguridad respondieron lanzando gas lacrimógeno y de extintor.
Dichos enfrentamientos dejaron un saldo de 100 policías y veinte civiles más lesionados.
La presidenta de México, Claudia Sheinbaum, pidió a la fiscal general de la Ciudad de México, Bertha Alcalde Luján, que se investigue a un “grupo muy violento” que en la manifestación provocó los enfrentamientos con la Policía capitalina.
“Pedí a la fiscal de la Ciudad de México que es muy importante que se investigue, quiénes son estos grupos, por qué esta violencia, (si) están pagados. Esta idea que quisieron generar internacional de que los jóvenes están contra la transformación, primero, es falsa”, dijo.
