Asimismo, se pronostican vientos de componente norte de 20 a 30 Kilómetros por hora (km/h) con rachas de 50 a 70 km/h en el istmo y golfo de Tehuantepec (Oaxaca y Chiapas).
El nuevo frente frío (número 21) se extenderá en el transcurso del día sobre el norte y noreste de la República Mexicana, en interacción con la corriente en chorro subtropical ocasionará rachas de viento de 40 a 60 km/h en las citadas regiones; así como lluvias y chubascos en zonas de Nuevo León, Tamaulipas y San Luis Potosí.
