🔸 Carlos Alejandro Bautista Tafolla fue quien presentó la iniciativa ante el Congreso de Michoacán.
#MICHOACÁN |Hace unos días el diputado del Movimiento del Sombrero, Carlos Alejandro Bautista Tafolla, comunicó a través de sus redes sociales que presentó ante el Congreso de Michoacán la Ley Carlos Manzo.
Bautista Tafolla dijo que ha sido amenazado por defender a una persona que está de manera injusta en la cárcel, pero eso no va hacer que renuncie a su cargo, pues aseguró que Carlos Manzo dio su vida por hacer lo correcto.
El integrante del Movimiento del Sombrero compartió que, a través de la Ley de Carlos Manzo busca dar solución a algunas cosas que el gobierno no atiende.
Entre los puntos que se enfoca la ley, destacan la seguridad a alcaldes, cárcel por encubrimiento y más apoyo a candidatos independientes.
Sin embargo, el 11 de diciembre comunicó que la ley la presentó formalmente al Congreso, enfocándose en:
1-Cárcel para los familiares que encubran a un criminal, 2-Que se dé seguridad federal a los alcaldes amenazados para que no vendan a su pueblo por miedo, 3-Que sea más fácil la solicitud para tener un arma en casa cuando tu vida corra peligro y salvaguardar a tu familia en caso de ser necesario, 4-Que se castigue a los adolescentes igual que a los adultos cuando cometan asesinatos, secuestros o vîolacîones, 5-Que los requisitos para ser candidato independiente sean menores, para que más ciudadanos puedan participar, 6-Que se castigue a quienes venden uniformes policiacos falsos y a quienes los usen para cometer crímenes o secuestros, 7-Que la Fiscalía dé un informe mensual de los avances en los casos de presidentes asesinados, para que no queden en carpetas cerradas y casos olvidados, 8-Que todos los 1.º de noviembre se recuerde a Carlos Manzo y 9-Que en el Congreso se escriba con letras doradas el nombre de Carlos Manzo, para recordarlo como una persona que dio su vida por Uruapan.
Alejandro Bautista mencionó que su propuesta generó inconformidad en el Congreso.
