🔸 Medios de Puerto Rico hicieron eco de una demanda al cantante Bad Bunny y su compañía discográfica Rimas Entertainment LLC
#ESPECTÁCULOS | Bad Bunny y el sello discográfico Rimas Entertainment LLC fueron demandados por 16 millones de dólares por el supuesto uso ilegal de la grabación de una voz de mujer en la canción ‘EoO‘, del disco ‘DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS‘, detallaron medios de Puerto Rico.
Según el portal Noticel, el pasado 5 de enero, Tainaly Y. Serrano Rivera hizo la reclamación judicial, en la que pide la cantidad monetaria por violación a la Ley de Derechos de Morales de Autor de Puerto Rico, daños, enriquecimiento injusto, la Ley del Derecho sobre la Propia Imagen y derecho a la intimidad.
De acuerdo con la demanda, el productor Roberto J. Rosado, conocido como La Paciencia, le pidió a Serrano Rivera que se grabara diciendo ‘Mira puñeta, no me quiten el perreo’, lo que hizo mediante un mensaje de voz en la aplicación WhatsApp.
En 2018, la grabación se usó en la canción ‘Solo de mí’, en el disco ‘X100pre’, y en el 2025 otra vez en ‘EoO’, sin la autorización de Serrano Rivera.
“La voz de Tainaly Y. Serrano Rivera fue utilizada sin su consentimiento en ambas canciones sin compensación, sin atribuirle su reconocimiento legal o derechos para las canciones, promociones, discos, conciertos en el mundo entero y plataformas sociales y musicales, televisión y radio, entre otras cosas, violando así sus derechos, y los derechos morales de autor en su modalidad de derecho moral de atribución”, detalla la demanda.
El documento agrega que “al momento de la solicitud, no se explicó el propósito del audio. Tampoco se le informó a la demandante que su identidad sería utilizada y explotada comercialmente”.
La demanda incluye el uso de su voz en los conciertos de la residencia de Bad Bunny el año pasado en el Coliseo de Puerto Rico, en material promocional y en mercancía del cantante. Se pide también el cese del uso de la grabación.
Para ilustrar el alcance de los daños, la demandante indica que, al momento de la preparación de la acción judicial, la canción ‘Solo de mí’ contenía 389 millones de vistas en YouTube y más de 540 millones de reproducciones en Spotify, y ‘EoO’ 757 millones de reproducciones en la plataforma musical de Spotify.
