#NACIONAL | Previamente al descarrilamiento del Tren Interoceánico, en que fallecieron 14 personas, el Fideicomiso para el Desarrollo del Istmo de Tehuantepec (FIDIT) destinó más de 7 mil millones de pesos para corregir curvas, pendientes y conexiones en la Línea Z, así como para la rehabilitación integral, sustitución y modernización de la vía férrea de la Línea FA.
En el oficio número CIIT/FIDIT/ST/19//2025, fechado el pasado 19 de agosto, del que EL UNIVERSAL posee copia, se detalla que al director general del Ferrocarril del Istmo, contralmirante Alan Tarsicio Cruz Saba, el FIDIT le aprobó más de 7 mil 831 millones de pesos para invertirlos en los proyectos “Corrección de curvatura y pendiente y conexión al puerto de Salina Cruz en la Línea Z” y en la “Rehabilitación integral, mejoramiento, suministros, sustitución y/o modernización de la vía férrea de la Línea FA”.
Destaca que dentro de este presupuesto se destinaron 120 millones para la obra “Trabajos de emergencia para la estabilización de taludes de corte en la Línea Z del tramo Chivela-La Mata”, tramo en el que ocurrió el descarrilamiento del tren el pasado 28 de diciembre.
“Contralmirante Alan Tarsicio Cruz Saba, director general del Ferrocarril del Istmo de Tehuantepec: me refiero a sus oficios según anexo, mediante los cuales solicita suficiencia de recursos con cargos al patrimonio del Fideicomiso para el Desarrollo del Istmo de Tehuantepec para los proyectos denominados ‘Corrección de curva y pendiente y conexión al puerto de Salina Cruz en la Línea Z’ y ‘Rehabilitación integral, mejoramiento, suministro, sustitución y modernización de la vida férrea de la Línea FA del Ferrocarril del Istmo de Tehuantepec’ por la cantidad de $7,831,098,044.13, misma que se dispondrá de los proyectos autorizados a la Secretaría de Marina”, indica el documento.
“Al respecto, de conformidad con el numeral 18, fracción II, de las Reglas de Operación del FIDIT, se otorga suficiencia de recursos del FIDIT por la cantidad de $7,831,098,044.13 para los proyectos antes citados”, añade.
El contrato E-2025-00087801 “Trabajos de emergencia para la estabilización de taludes de corte en la Línea Z del tramo Chivela a La Mata” indica que se buscaba proveer seguridad durante el tránsito de trenes de pasajeros y de carga en ese tramo.
Se detalla que las labores iniciaron el 18 de septiembre y terminaron el pasado 16 de diciembre, es decir, 12 días antes del descarrilamiento del tren, en el que fallecieron 14 pasajeros y hubo casi 100 heridos.
“Los trabajos se ejecutarán con el objeto de estabilizar taludes del tramo Chivela hacia La Mata, a ambos lados de la vía, por medio de perfilamiento, amacice, colocación de malla antierosión, concreto lanzado, así como la construcción de obras de drenaje respectivo para cada uno de los taludes, incluyendo muro gavión para garantizar la seguridad durante el tránsito de los trenes y de carga”.
Se indica que el Ferrocarril del Istmo le entregó en adjudicación directa el contrato FIT-GAOP-OP-Z-34-202 a la empresa Infraestructura Capital Mexicano, S.A. de C.V., para la realización de estas obras por un monto total de 120 millones 32 mil pesos.
“Se adjudica en forma directa a la empresa Infraestructura Capital Mexicano, S.A. de C.V., para la realización de la obra denominada ‘Trabajos de emergencia para la estabilización de taludes de corte en la Línea Z del tramo Chivela a La Mata para el Ferrocarril del Istmo de Tehuantepec’”.
El contrato destacaba que la empresa adjudicada debería contemplar para realizar los trabajos de obra que en esos momentos el ferrocarril operaba la ruta Coatzacoalcos-Salina Cruz, tanto en su servicio de pasajeros como de carga.
“Se debe contemplar para la realización de esta obra que la vía férrea se encuentra en operación, por lo que se deberá considerar todo lo necesario para la correcta ejecución de la obra, incluyendo lo referente a frentes de trabajo extendidos, trabajos en días no laborales, con la finalidad de cumplir con el programa de trabajo.
“Se deberá considerar el señalamiento necesario para el correcto funcionamiento del tren cumpliendo con la normatividad”, indicaba.
