🔸 Autoridades federales detuvieron en Apatzingán a César Alejandro Sepúlveda Arellano, alias ‘El Botox’, señalado como líder criminal y principal implicado en la extorsión y homicidio del productor citrícola Bernardo Bravo Manríquez, cuyo cuerpo fue localizado en octubre de 2025 tras recibir amenazas.
#MICHOACÁN | Autoridades federales detuvieron a ‘El Botox’, presunto implicado en el asesinato del líder limonero Bernardo Bravo, tras un operativo realizado en Apatzingán, Michoacán.
La detención fue informada por el secretario de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana, Omar García Harfuch, quien señaló que el detenido es responsable de extorsiones al sector limonero y otros productores, así como de diversos homicidios, entre ellos el de Bernardo Bravo.
César S. A. fue detenido en la comunidad Cenobio Moreno, derivado de un intenso operativo federal. Está señalado como líder de “Los Blancos de Troya”, grupo criminal ligado al Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación y dedicado a la extorsión de productores citrícolas.
Bernardo Bravo Manríquez, presidente de la Asociación de Citricultores del Valle de Apatzingán, fue asesinado el 19 de octubre de 2025. Su cuerpo fue hallado dentro de su vehículo con huellas de violencia. Meses antes del crimen, Bravo había denunciado amenazas de grupos delictivos y liderado protestas contra la extorsión al sector.
Con la detención de ‘El Botox’ suman tres personas aprehendidas por su posible participación en el asesinato del líder limonero.
