#YUCATÁN | Desde la mañanera, en Yucatán se entregaron 64 casas nuevas como parte del programa “Vivienda para el Bienestar”. En un enlace a Mérida, Joaquín Díaz Mena, gobernador de Yucatán, dijo que este es un acto de justicia social, además de que se reducen desigualdades.
“En el desarrollo San Marcos Sustentable, en Mérida, donde hoy entregamos las primeras 64 viviendas para el bienestar, y además libraremos escrituras dando certeza jurídica, tranquilidad a las familias que durante años no tuvieron una opción para acceder a una casa propia. Este es un acto de justicia social, este programa está pensado para trabajadoras y trabajadores que ganan uno o dos salarios mínimos, personas que, aún teniendo un crédito autorizado no encontraban en el mercado una vivienda que alcanzara con ese monto, o que solo encontraban opciones en condiciones indignas”, dijo.
Yucatán aumenta meta en hasta 40 mil viviendas
El gobernador indicó que aumentó la meta de vivienda plateada para Yucatán hasta 40 mil viviendas.
“Gracias a su respaldo, presidenta, y al trabajo conjunto con el gobierno de México, pasamos de una meta inicial que teníamos de 20 mil viviendas para el sexenio en Yucatán a 40 mil viviendas. Hoy, a través de la Coanvi y el Infonavit, ya 22 mil viviendas están en construcción en Yucatán”, apuntó.
Edna Elena Vega Rangel, secretaria de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano, dijo que ya se tiene un avance de 53.3 por ciento de la meta sexenal, es decir, 37 mil 307 viviendas ya están suscritas aprobadas con contrato.
“Esto significa una inversión superior a 42 mil millones de pesos en materia de vivienda, y esto va a generar 210 mil empleos directos, 315 mil indirectos, y será un total de 252 mil personas beneficiarias. A esto le vamos a sumar 6 mil escrituras que se entregarán en los próximos 5 años, 136 mil 436 mejoramientos en las condiciones de de crédito, y 4 mil 500 mejoramientos que de vivienda que harán tanto Infonavit como sociedad hipotecaria federal”, añadió.
Octavio Romero Oropeza, director general del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit), informó que en el Desarrollo Infonavit de San Marcos en Mérida se están construyendo 2 mil 608 viviendas.
“El día de hoy vamos a entregar las llaves de su casa a los primeros 64 derechohabientes para que ya se vengan de inmediato a vivir a su nuevo fraccionamiento. También quiero comentarles que a partir de ahora y hasta agosto de este año, que va a ser la fecha en que vamos a concluir este desarrollo de 2 mil 600 viviendas, vamos a entregar mensualmente 134 viviendas”, apuntó.
