#NACIONAL | Agentes de la Fiscalía General del Estado de San Luis Potosí detuvieron a un sujeto acusado de haber privado de la vida a sus abuelos y a su padre con el objetivo de apoderarse de sus bienes inmuebles y recursos económicos en el municipio de Santa María del Río.
Las víctimas fueron identificadas como Elena Niño Celaya, de 79 años; su esposo Ignacio Montejano Rodríguez, de 79 años; y el hijo de ambos, Ignacio Montejano Niño.
De acuerdo con las investigaciones ministeriales, el imputado habría mezclado una alta dosis de clonazepam en limonada durante una cena para intoxicar a sus familiares el pasado 28 de julio. Posteriormente, ocultó los cuerpos enterrándolos en un predio ubicado sobre la calle Hidalgo, en la cabecera municipal.
Contradicciones delataron al presunto responsable
Tras cometer el ilícito, el sujeto acudió ante la representación social para reportar la supuesta desaparición de sus familiares con la intención de desviar las investigaciones. Sin embargo, durante los interrogatorios de seguimiento cayo en severas inconsistencias que llevaron a las autoridades a profundizar las pesquisas.
Durante la comparecencia, el detenido terminó por confesar los hechos y señalar la ubicación exacta del inmueble donde sepultó los restos de sus familiares.
Elementos de la Policía de Investigación y personal de la Vicefiscalía Científica se trasladaron al sitio indicado para realizar el hallazgo y la exhumación de los tres cuerpos, iniciando los protocolos periciales para determinar la causa precisa del deceso e integrar la carpeta de investigación correspondiente.
